Dennis is wonderful, thanks to him giving us information on how to get a new system; we were able to take the necessary steps to improve our heating and cooling system. We then spoke with Dave Smith who was very informative about the products. He is a great salesman and we were very satisfied with our decision based on the information that he provided for us. Doug and Cobb called the morning of the installment and were very punctual. They were not only very courteous and professional but CLEAN! They put plastic down to protect the carpet and even wore booties – thank you! I didn’t even have to vacuum when they were done - it was great! I never leave the house when there is a serviceman here but I felt comfortable leaving my house unattended while they were there. On the final day, they explained how to use the new system and didn’t leave unit I understood how to use it. They were very knowledgeable. I’m not sure what they get paid but they deserve a raise and recognition for their great work. So far, we love our new system. It is warm and cozy inside and the outside unit is quiet! It is nice to sit on the deck and not listen to a loud unit anymore…thanks for everything!”
